Return & Refund Policy

Cancellation Policy:

  1. Order cancellation requests must be made before the product is shipped.
  2. Once the product is shipped, cancellation will not be possible through our website.

Return Policy:

  1. Return/Exchange is available only for selected Sunglasses and Optical Frames for Men, Women, and Unisex categories.
  2. Return eligibility details and duration are mentioned on the product page and may change without prior notice.
  3. If pickup service is not available at your location, customers must self-ship the product to our office address.
  4. Return/Exchange charges may apply depending on the reason for return.

Refund Policy:

  1. Refund requests are accepted only in the following cases:
  • Manufacturing defects
  • Wrong product delivered
  • Damaged product received
  1. Once the returned product is picked up and passes quality inspection, the refund will be processed within 5–7 working days via the original mode of payment.

Important Notes for Return:

  • Sunglasses and frames must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.
  • Original case, box, cleaning cloth, tags, and packaging must be intact.
  • Products with scratches, lens damage, broken frames, or signs of use will not be accepted.
  • Prescription lenses, customized frames, or power glasses are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
  • Minor variations in color, frame finish, or lens tint due to lighting or screen resolution are not considered defects.
  • Return/Exchange requests not raised within the specified return period (refer product page) will not be accepted.
